1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "tt7895" — refers to the online gaming website accessible at https://tt7895.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who has registered a player account on tt7895 and is aged 21 or over.
• "Account" — the personal player account created by You upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus funds, and withdrawable winnings held in Your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by tt7895 subject to wagering requirements, which are not withdrawable until such requirements are met.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by tt7895 before withdrawals or certain platform features are enabled.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the tt7895 Platform is strictly conditional upon the Player satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions unless you have disclosed this status and received explicit written approval from tt7895 compliance.
• You must hold a valid Indonesian bank account or registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) in your own name for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

To access Real Money gaming features on tt7895, You must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on tt7895. Duplicate accounts — whether created in the same name, with the same identification documents, from the same device, or from the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. tt7895 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate associated balances, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP (national identity card), date of birth, valid email address, active mobile number, and registered bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. tt7895 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any action taken under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify tt7895 support immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An Account that has not recorded any login or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. tt7895 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing 30 days' written notice via the registered email address. Accounts reduced to a zero balance by inactivity fees will be closed. Players may reactivate accounts by contacting support.

4. KYC Verification

tt7895 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before a Player may process their first withdrawal and may be required at any subsequent stage at tt7895's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph of both sides of you r Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of your bank passbook front page (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, or Bank Permata) or a verified e-wallet account screen (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) confirming ownership.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken on the date of submission.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC documents submitted during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB) are typically reviewed within two (2) hours. Documents submitted outside these hours will be reviewed by the next available compliance agent. tt7895 will notify you by email once your verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Refusal and Escalation

If tt7895 is unable to satisfactorily verify a Player's identity, the Platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, restrict betting activity, or close the Account entirely. In cases where fraudulent documentation is submitted, tt7895 will forfeit the Account balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

tt7895 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 25,000 per transaction (specific minimums may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit).
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Real-time bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your tt7895 Account within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. In exceptional circumstances involving bank system delays, crediting may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact tt7895 support with your transfer receipt and transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless expressly agreed otherwise by tt7895 compliance.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account tier, VIP level, and verification status. Limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• All active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• KYC verification must be fully approved prior to any withdrawal being released.
• tt7895 targets withdrawal processing within 10 minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business session.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tt7895 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) principles. The Platform monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Any Player found to be using the Platform to launder funds, process proceeds of crime, or circumvent financial regulations will have their Account immediately suspended, their balance frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities. Deposits must represent legitimately earned personal funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tt7895 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who have completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated on the promotion detail page — typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• tt7895 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not adversely affect a Player who has already begun satisfying wagering requirements on that bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash at face value.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets, or coordinating with other Players — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.
• Seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day) are subject to additional terms published at the time of each promotion's launch.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on tt7895 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. tt7895 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.

7.2 Sportsbook

• Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available across football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire).
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or abandonment, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the wager to be successful. A single void selection will reduce the accumulator leg count; a single losing selection voids the entire mix parlay.

7.3 Casino & Slots

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on tt7895 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written consent from tt7895.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings arising from a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organised betting fraud.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity documents.
• Attempting to access restricted administrative areas of the Platform or interfere with its technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in any communication with tt7895 staff or other Players that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — commercial re-sale of odds, data scraping, or reselling of account access is strictly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tt7895 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tt7895 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any tt7895 content without prior written authorisation.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tt7895 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from voluntary gaming decisions made by the Player.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that interrupt a gaming session.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Changes to applicable law that affect the Player's ability to access or use the Platform.
• Third-party Game Provider errors, provided that tt7895 acts in good faith to resolve the dispute with the relevant provider.

In any event, tt7895's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

tt7895 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon closure for cause, any balance attributable to Real Money deposits will be reviewed; balances derived from Bonus Funds or suspicious activity will be forfeited. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support — any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the verified payment method within five (5) business days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tt7895 is internationally licensed and regulated. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents tt7895 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

15. Amendments

tt7895 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
